국제 인권기구는 유엔 인권 이사회에 북한의 반 인도적 범죄에 대한 책임을 촉구 할 것을 촉구했습니다.
뉴욕에 본사를 둔 휴먼 라이츠 워치는 지난주 유엔 인권 고등 판무관실에서 발표 한 보고서를 인용 해 금요일 웹 사이트에 게시 된 기사에서 초청을했다.
유엔 보고서는 북한 정부가 반 인도적 범죄에 해당 할 수있는 인권 침해를 계속 저지르고 있다고 결론지었습니다.
유엔 보고서는 북한이 일반 범죄에 대한 단기 구금 시설과 장기 노동 수용소 모두 매우 가혹한 상황에서 고문, 부당 구금, 강제 노동을 행하고 있다고 밝혔다.
휴먼 라이츠 워치는 이러한 발견이 북한의 재판 전 구금 및 심문 시설에 대한 자체 연구와 일치하며 유엔 인권 이사회가 북한 지도부에 책임을 물을 것을 촉구했다.
그녀는 또한 유엔 인권 이사회가 서울 사무소를 포함한 유엔 인권 사무소에 북한에 대한 작업을 위해 적절한 자원을 지속적으로 제공해야한다고 말했다.
